Alan B. Cardenas, Esq., is corporate in-house counsel for Siemens Corporation, where he is responsible for coordinating all U.S. legal and regulatory activities for all Siemens companies throughout the world. Prior to joining Siemens, Alan worked in the corporate departments of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York, New York and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Princeton, New Jersey, where he represented Fortune 100 companies and various other public and private businesses in a broad range of corporate transactions. Alan received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark. During law school, Alan served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr., of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Alan is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
