Anna Maria Tejada, Esq., is an associate at Kaufman, Dolowich, Voluck & Gonzo LLP in Hackensack, New Jersey, where she concentrates in the areas of Employment Practices Liability, Labor and Employment Law on behalf of management, Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Liability, and Education Law. Prior to joining KDVG, Anna practiced at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., where she focused her practice on representing school boards and provided legal advice on labor, employment, and general education-related matters. Anna also handled labor negotiations from the initial stages through completion. She has extensive experience representing school board clients as well as parents in special education matters. Anna received her B.A. from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark. During law school, Anna served as a judicial intern to the Hon. John W. Bissell, U.S.D.J., as well as a legal intern for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
