Anneris Virginia Hernandez, Esq. is an Assistant Prosecutor at Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office. She has been with the office since 2009 and is currently assigned to the Special Victim’s Unit. Before joining the Prosecutor’s Office, she was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Hector R. Velazquez from August 2008 until August 2009. Ms. Hernandez attended Seton Hall University School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate in May 2008. During her tenure at Seton Hall, she was an active member of the Latin American Law Student Association and held executive board positions as the Hispanic Bar Association liaison and as President. She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
