Carlos M. Bollar, Esq., is a partner at the firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C., in Haddonfield, New Jersey, where he is a member of the Environmental Litigation Group. Carlos has extensive experience litigating complex environmental cases throughout the northeastern United States. Mr. Bollar participates in all facets of environmental practice from counseling clients to litigating major cases. Mr. Bollar has tried numerous contested matters in federal and state courts and has extensive experience in all aspects of pre-trial and trial work. Mr. Bollar’s cases typically involve claims for personal injury, medical monitoring, property damage and natural resource damages. Mr. Bollar’s cases also usually feature amounts in controversy exceeding $1,000,000. Mr. Bollar routinely handles claims involving exposure to benzene, MTBE, chlorinated compounds and numerous other hazardous substances. Mr. Bollar also has substantial experience in environmental insurance cases, representing policyholders in their efforts to obtain coverage against insurers for environmental claims. Mr. Bollar regularly counsels clients in state and federal regulatory matters and represents those clients in administrative hearings.
Mr. Bollar dedicates a great deal of his time to promoting diversity in the legal profession.
