Carlos M. Bollar, Esq., is a partner at the firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C., in Haddonfield, New Jersey, where he is a member of the Environmental Litigation Group. Carlos has had substantial experience in litigating complex civil, environmental, toxic tort and product liability cases. Carlos has served as lead counsel in numerous leaking tank/surface spill contamination cases throughout the Northeast. Carlos is also a frequent lecturer on a wide range of environmental issues. Carlos received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden. Carlos served as a law clerk for the Hon. William J. Cook, Camden County Superior Court.
