Elvin Esteves, Esq., is counsel at the firm of Gibbons, P.C., in Newark, New Jersey, where he concentrates his practice principally in complex commercial litigation concerning contract disputes and business torts. Elvin litigates non-compete, nonsolicitation and confidentiality covenants, and counsels clients in resolving restrictive covenant disputes without litigation where possible. Elvin received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School. Elvin is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association of New Jersey, Essex County Bar Association, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
