Monica de los Rios is an associate at Patton Boggs, where she concentrates her practice in general litigation matters. Before joining Patton Boggs, Ms. de los Rios practiced with a New Jersey insurance defense firm for four years. In addition, she served as a judicial clerk for U.S. District Judge (Hon.) Susan Wigenton from 2006-2007, after having earlier clerked for Judge Wigenton during her time as a U.S. Magistrate Judge. Her clerkship experience also includes service at the Office of Administrative Law and at the New Jersey Superior Court (for the Hon. Harold Fullilove). Ms. de los Rios is a member of the John C. Lifland Inn of Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey Historical Society and Patton Boggs’ Diversity Committee and Partner/Associate Committee.
