Suzette T. Rodriguez, Esq., is an associate at LeClairRyan in Newark, New Jersey, where she is a member of the Labor and Employment Group. Suzette litigates discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims in federal and state courts and before various administrative agencies. Suzette received her B.A. from Hunter College and her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark. Prior to joining LeClairRyan, Suzette was an associate at Wong Fleming, P.C., in Princeton, New Jersey. Suzette served as a law clerk for the Hon. Travis L. Francis of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, and as a judicial extern for the Hon. Marina Corodemus, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division-Mass Torts. Suzette is currently the Deputy Regional President (Region III) for the Hispanic National Bar Association and serves on the Advisory Board of the New Jersey Legal Education Empowerment Project (NJ LEEP). Suzette is a member of both the New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
