Legal Affairs for the Legal department. Position will draft agreements
and/or contracts as needed, including those for EST and VOD licenses,
wireless/Internet content production and licensing agreements, online
games development and distribution agreements, and rights acquisitions
and services agreements. Work in conjunction with various departments of
Warner Bros. to identify and address legal and business issues related
to deployment of digital products and services, including rights,
availabilities and clearance issues, guild and residual issues, proper
application of digital rights management and anti-piracy measures and
appropriate advertising and promotional guidelines. Provide business and
legal services for the division, including negotiation and review of
contractual obligations, film clip licensing, residuals, rights and
clearance research, and contract administration. Provide legal support
to the division’s new direct-to-consumer web-based business, including
the negotiation of vendor contracts and various website agreements and
advice on operational matters relating to the website and internet based
marketing programs. Advise marketing group in division on legal and

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs will be the chief
legal counsel for Disney ABC Cable Networks Group (”CNG”), responsible
for the overall management of all legal issues relating to CNG and the

Affairs will work collaboratively with, and serve as the primary advisor
to, senior management of CNG on all legal matters for CNG, and will be
