Duties: Responsibilities include analyzing and structuring transactions,
performing diligence and negotiating and drafting agreements for a
variety of corporate and commercial arrangements. This hands-on position
involves significant interaction with other groups within the Legal
Division and with other functions within Abbott.
Requirements: At least 12 years of substantial M&A and other complex
commercial transactions experience; Must have an ability to handle
