Notice of Special Meeting to Membership re: Proposed Bylaws Revisions.
Dear HBANJ Active Member:
Pursuant to the notice requirements in our Bylaws, we hereby advise you that a Special Meeting shall be convened on Wednesday, August 4, 2010, at 6:00pm, at the Law Center in New Brunswick, at which time all paid HBANJ members shall vote on the proposed Bylaws revisions.
We note the HBANJ Board of Trustees has adopted the proposed revisions at a board meeting on June 9, 2010, as recommended by the HBANJ Bylaws Committee. For your convenience, a clean copy and a redline copy, which reflect the proposed revisions are posted on our webpage. We look forward to seeing you on August 4.
