Berkeley Heights, New Jersey litigation firm seeks a litigation associate with 3-5 years experience in complex litigation at a major law firm, preferably including experience in taking depositions, appearing in court and at trial (federal court preferable). Candidate must be admitted to practice in both NJ and NY.
