Scarinci Hollenbeck is looking for a high-energy attorney to join our highly regarded Public Law team based out of our Lyndhurst office. Responsibilities may include:

·      drafting resolutions,

·      arbitrating labor disputes,

·      reviewing contracts and

·      defending civil suits. 

Ideal candidates will possess 2-4 years’ experience in Municipal and/or School Law (Special Education experience a plus) as well as Public Labor and Employment Law; preference will be given to candidates who have experience in both Municipal and School Law. In addition, successful candidates will have excellent research, writing and presentation skills and high professional standards.
