Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq, P. C., a growing 25-attorney firm seeks an aggressive bilingual English/Spanish litigation attorney with 5+ years of plaintiff oriented personal injury experience. We offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced trial attorney to become an integral part of our growing firm with a developed personal injury department, handling serious personal injury claims. The attorney must be able to handle cases from intake to verdict, and be extremely thorough, organized, and computer literate. Significant trial experience is required. Excellent salary, plus bonus structure, medical, dental and 401k match.

Job Description:

  • ·         Communicate with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns and providing them with advice.
  • ·         Developing strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
  • ·         Explaining legal options to clients and bringing possible outcomes or threats to their attention.
  • ·         Building relationships with clients based on trust.
  • ·         Prepare all documents required to file cases.
  • ·         Work closely with staff to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial.
  • ·         Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences based on case requirements.
  • ·         Schedule and administer full depositions of case witnesses and experts.
  • ·         Review discovery documents and determine the best course of action for each client in each case.
  • ·         Bilingual English/Spanish skills required.
