  • ·         Corporate Commercial/transactional associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our project development group. Experience in commercial leasing, including foreclosure and landlord/tenant matters, operating and partnership agreements and creation of in-state and out of state corporations preferred.
  • ·         Real Estate transactional associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our project development group. Experience in real estate development, loan closings, and title work preferred.
  • ·         Transactional associates with up to three years of experience to work with our municipal finance, redevelopment and project development groups.
