Founded in 2001, Sadie Nash Leadership Project (SNLP) is a unique and comprehensive social justice leadership development program for over 700 low-income young women, ages 11-22, from all 5 boroughs of New York City and Newark, NJ. Sadie Nash offers participants a variety of  programs including a summer institute, after-school classes, internships at local ​progressive ​ organizations, support around college access and persistence, and a competitive paid fellowship to implement a social justice project in their local community.

Sadie Nash is building up its stellar program team by hiring coordinators to support its award-winning programs! ​

Ideal candidates are deeply committed to social justice and a feminist praxis, excited to work with young women of color from NYC and Newark, and highly organized and proactive.
