LITIGATION ASSOCIATE - NEW YORK, NY

Commercial Litigation department seeking an attorney with 3-6 years of law firm experience for its Consumer Finance and Creditors’ Rights practice.  Candidate should have experience in representation of financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and mortgage companies in disputes brought under state and federal consumer protection laws, as well as defending against common-law claims.   Experience with New York court appearances is required. CORPORATE ASSOCIATE - PARSIPPANY, NJ

We are seeking an associate candidate with 2-3 years of national or regional law firm experience in the areas of public companies, transactional and securities law matters. Experience with SEC reporting requirements (review and drafting of periodic and current reports and proxy statements, Section 16 forms, Schedules 13D/G, Registration Statements on Form S-8), NYSE and NASDAQ listing requirements, and corporate governance matters generally is required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical, professional and client service skills, as well as excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communications skills. New Jersey Bar admission is required. New York Bar admission is a plus.

TRUSTS AND ESTATES ASSOCIATE – NEW YORK

Our Individual Clients team in New York that is part of a dominant regional T&E practice is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Associate who is looking for an opportunity in a large and expanding practice to grow their skills and experience through close team collaboration, and mentoring. Candidate should possess 3+ years of experience in the areas of complex estate planning and related income tax, corporate, and personal planning for high net worth individuals and multinational families. Interest in learning international estate planning is required and previous international experience is a plus. In addition to the required skill set, candidate should have excellent technical, professional and client service skills. Excellent academic credentials, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills are required. New York Bar is also required. LL.M. is encouraged, but not required.
