Please join the HBA-NJ Young Lawyers Division as we volunteer with AngelaCARES, Inc., for their 6^th Annual Thanksgiving Feed the Seniors service day. AngelaCARES, Inc., is a non-profit committed to strengthening communities by enhancing the quality of life through empowering seniors, their caregivers, and the youth.

For this service day, volunteers will be packaging and delivering hot Thanksgiving meals to seniors. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, November 23^rd, from 10AM-8PM, at Golden Door Charter School, 3044 Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ, 07306. Volunteers are encouraged to drop in and take any shift they prefer, as there are a number of roles volunteers can take on. This year, the goal is to reach 1,000 seniors with Thanksgiving meals.

Shifts are as follows:

10AM: Pre-Set up, (different start location) getting food and utensils delivered to GDCS

12PM: Setup at location begins

1PM: Food prep and packaging begins

2-3PM: Deliveries start going out by volunteer drivers 

7-8PM: Clean up
