Instructions: Applicants will email their completed application and supporting documentation to the Scholarship Committee to the email address listed on the application. The full set of instructions, guidelines, and rules for the Scholarship will be provided in the application.

The Scholarship Committee will notify all recipients prior to the annual scholarship gala. Additional details about the Gala can be found on the Events page.
