FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: November 30, 2023.
The Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey (HBA-NJ) would like to extend our sincere sympathies for the lives lost and continued violence in Israel and Palestine, and the traumatizing impact on our loved ones, families, and community, at home and abroad. We condemn the terrorist attacks carried out by Hamas and stand in solidarity with the innocent people of Israel and Palestine. As a diverse and inclusive organization, we stand with the rights of Jewish and Muslim Americans and condemn all acts of hate speech and violence. During this difficult time leading into the holidays, we are grateful for the support expressed by fellow affinity bars and ask others to join in standing up against antisemitism and Islamophobia.
